Christmas Baked Oysters a la Rockefeller with spicy spinach. Preparation time: 45 minutes • 64 calories.
Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 300 g spinach
- 2 stalks celery (about 200 g)
- 2 shallots
- 1 small clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons anise or fennel
- 75 ml soy cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 300 g sea salt
- 8 oysters

PREPARATION STEPS
- Clean spinach, thoroughly wash and spin dry.
- Chop the spinach then finely with a large knife.
- Wash the celery, and entfädeln. Peel the shallots and garlic. Celery and shallots into very fine cubes. Chop garlic very fine.
